Olean General Hospital Foundation adds two board members

Chris Napoleon, founder and President of Napoleon Engineering Services in Olean, and Steve Campbell, St. Bonaventure University’s Associate Director for Internal Operations, are the newest members of Olean General Hospital Foundation’s Board of Directors, announced Foundation President Karen Fohl.
“Both Chris and Steve are phenomenal and enthusiastic people and we all feel privileged to have them join our board of directors,” said Mrs. Fohl, who’s also Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Olean General Hospital.
"Steve and Chris have both been very active in our community and are great assets to our area. We look forward to utilizing their strengths and ideas on our Foundation board,” said Foundation Chairman Dennis Pezzimenti.
In 1997, Mr. Napoleon started Napoleon Engineering Services, a bearing inspection, testing and manufacturing company. The growing company recently broke ground to build a 20,000-square-foot production facility on Johnson Street.
Mr. Napoleon’s other board affiliations include: acting vice president of the Cattaraugus County/Olean Airport Support Group; a board member of the Workforce Investment Board, the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford Alumni Association, and Jamestown Community College’s Manufacturing Technology Institute; a member of the steering committees of the Southern Tier Advanced Manufacturing Institute, and Dream It Do It for Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties.
Mr. Napoleon has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in manufacturing management from Kettering University.
He lives in Allegany with his wife, Melanie, and their children, Roman, Gustave and Angelina.
Mr. Campbell has been St. Bonaventure’s Associate Director of Internal Operations since 1999. He also was the longtime head coach of St. Bonaventure’s men’s golf team, retiring from coaching following the spring 2008 campaign.
Also active in community affairs, Mr. Campbell has served on the Olean YMCA Board of Directors and also the Allegany Village Planning Board.
He graduated from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor’s degree in physical education with an emphasis in sports management.
Mr. Campbell and his wife, Chris, live in Allegany with their son, Sean.
The Foundation is a not-for-profit organization which raises funds to financially support Olean General Hospital’s mission of providing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare to those in the communities it serves.
